GETTING STANDING OVATIONS FROM EVERY CUSTOMER

Organizations that get (figurative or literal) standing ovations from their customer (whether by accident or design) typically thrive in any economy enjoy increased profitability, more customer loyalty, lower staff turnover, increased efficiency, and better internal and external relations.

However, in a less personalized business world, fewer and fewer organizations are delivering the personalized level of service required to get standing ovations from their customers, and some don’t realize that they aren’t. At the same time, many businesses are citing the economy as a core reason their business is struggling, without considering that perhaps the economy is mostly showing areas of deficiency, including customer service levels.

This two part seminar will teach you the four steps businesses and performers use to get standing ovations from their customers so that you can be in the league of world class service providers (no matter your industry type), and also why so few organizations get standing ovations from their customers, when the cost of delivering that level of service is much less than the cost of not delivering it.


Session 1 -The Obstacles Standing in your Way of Getting Standing Ovations

In order to get standing ovations from every customer (or at least the majority of your customers), you need to understand the obstacles standing in your way of getting standing ovations in the first place, and how to build a system that is designed to get standing ovations, deliver world class customer experiences, and of course the benefits of doing so in the first place. We’ll explore the reasons our society has become less personalized, why it is a positive for those who know how to capitalize on this new, less personalized approach to business, we’ll discuss the world class organizations and servers who are getting standing ovations, and what is behind their motivation in the first place. We’ll also reveal why you’re doing a dis-service to your customers if you don’t share that passion for creating a memorable customer experience.
