SURVING AND THRIVING IN A TOUGH ECONOMY

Can you recession proof your business, and your life?

Most people say no, but Corey Poirier’s experience, both first handing in growing a brand during the current economic situation, and in interviewing and working with leading organizations, and the proven success of leading organizations like Disney, Apple, Starbucks, and West Jet, no matter the economy, have demonstrated otherwise.

The immediate question becomes, what are these organizations doing differently and how can you apply it to your business, and your life?

This two part seminar will show you how.

Session 2 - The 10 Step Method to Surviving and Thriving in any Economy
Now that you understand the 10 step method for Surviving and Thriving in any economy, the benefit of doing so, and how world class organizations apply this to their organizations on a regular basis, we’ll drill down into each of these 10 steps so that you gain a full understanding of how you can apply them going forward. The world has many variables, and therefore these methods are not absolutes or all-inclusive, BUT the organizations who apply most of these steps seem to be less affected by economy downturns and better prepared to capitalize on economic upturns. Things will talk about include the power of the 3P’s that most impact your business and life (and we’re not talking 3 Marketing P’s here), Building an ??|ldquo;Elite 5??|rdquo; Mentorship program for an organization, and/or team, The Better Business / Better Life Strategy, (Business) Efficiency Mapping, and more.
