Canada’s Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies (Rx&D) is the association dedicated to improving the health of Canadians through the discovery of new medicines and vaccines. In Nova Scotia Rx&D member companies directly employ approximately 170 people, creating an additional 455 positions with research institutions with an annual average investment of approximately $13 million in R&D.
