The Guru

You know that old saying – Jack of all trades? Well I move to officially change this to Jenn of all trades – anyone second that motion? I've been with the Chamber for a little over five years now and I can proudly say there aren't too many Chamber initiatives that haven't passed across my desk at one point or another. I have more member information in my head than I care to imagine and sometimes, dare I admit it, I even have the occasional dream I am helping members find solutions – is that dedication to the job or what?!

Jennifer is the Chamber's Member Services Manager and is the customer service expert at the Chamber, acting as a liaison between the Chamber and its members. Her role at the Chamber includes: managing the membership databse and the corresponding member e-directory; managing the Chamber's member benefit program; acting as the staff liaison for the Ambassadors committee; acting as Web Content Editor and Business Voice Publications Associate Editor; and helping other staff member with events, policy and more.

Prior to joining the chamber Jennifer worked with Dalhousie Phonathon, raising money for Dalhousie through the alumni for 5 years. She was also a lifeguard and swim instructor with Dalplex. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in German and History from Dalhousie University.
